Dell Inspiron 3737 graphics card issues

I was looking for drivers for the graphics card for my newly purchased Inspiron 3737. After quite some time, I've managed to find"working"drivers for Windows 7 64bit.





The graphics card is AMD Radeon 8870m.





Please help.
