Hello, I have placed an order on Bitstamp to buy BTC-cash. The amount I paid for this transaction is 95 euro. The transaction time : 5th of December 2017 at 11:06. BTC-cash price at the time of transaction was around 1350 euro. My problem is that Bitstamp used a rate of 2000.00 euro/BTC-cash for this transaction. So I finally received only 95/2000.00 = 0.0475 BTC-cash instead of 95/1350 = 0.0704 BTC-cash. I do not understand the important difference between the actual BTC-cash price and the rate used to fulfill my purchase. I have open a ticket (# 241644) on Bitstamp 2 weeks ago but I do not have an answer until now. Have you encountered similar problems with Bitstamp ? Do you have an explanation of such difference ? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2620193.0Minimalist Animation
